They also saw the multimedia exhibition “Ships are our passion” at the Centre for Maritime Culture of the National Maritime Museum as well as the Sołdek museum ship – a Polish coal and ore freighter, which was the first ship built in Poland after World War II and the first seagoing ship completed in Poland.

The guests also took part in the Gala Dinner preceded by a concert of the MozART group (Grupa Mocarta) a quartet of famous Polish entertainers – excellent instrumentalists playing classical music in a humorous way.

A special attraction was that related to a boat tour through the port channel in the Port of Gdansk on the Motława river, during which the delegates had the rare opportunity of testing their vocal skills singing famous songs with the help of a song-book specially prepared for the occasion. On the day of departure they took a trip to the Kashubian lake district (the so-called Kashubian Switzerland).
