Construction of the T3 terminal at the Baltic Hub has entered an advanced phase

The expansion of Baltic Hub terminal has entered an advanced phase. The pace of progress on the T3 investment confirms the consistent execution of the schedule and readiness to initiate subsequent operational stages.

Civil and Paving Works
Approximately 89% of the civil work has now been completed, marking significant progress toward the overall project timeline. Construction of the container plinths and foundations for reefer racks is actively ongoing. In parallel, paving activities continue in and around the stacking yard areas, contributing to improved ground conditions and access routes. Electrical cables are being systematically pulled through newly installed duct systems, which form a key part of the power and communication infrastructure expansion.

Buildings B1 and B2 are fully prepared and ready to be handed over, pending final inspections and formal acceptance procedures.

Second Terminal Section Commissioned
The second section of the terminal has successfully received a Usage Permit. Currently, 30 square meters of the total 366 square meters are available for limited operational use.

Equipment on T3
Four out of the seven planned Ship-to-Shore (STS) cranes have been commissioned and handed over for operational use. The remaining three cranes are connected and currently undergoing the commissioning process.
Sixteen automated Rail-Mounted Gantry (aRMG) cranes have been delivered to the terminal site. Six of them are already operational, another six are in the commissioning and testing phase, and the remaining four are currently being erected.

Safety Enhancements on T3
The installation of quay equipment—including safety ladders, handholds, and warning signs—has been completed along the first 180-meter section of the Southern Return Wall, enhancing both functionality and operational safety in the area. The firefighting water storage tanks and the associated vessel water supply pumping station in Building B3 have been successfully tested, confirming readiness for both emergency response and technical operations. Additionally, the installation of the platform drainage system is underway, ensuring effective water management and safety during periods of heavy rainfall or spillage.

The T3 expansion continues to progress according to plan, reaching key milestones that will significantly enhance the terminal’s capacity and operational efficiency.
