Unimot announced on its social media profiles about its just-accomplished next shipment of diesel from the USA to Poland.

In the Danish port of Gulfhavn, there was a direct transfer of cargo via a terminal pipeline system from the tanker Torm Sofia to a smaller tanker (both moored at adjacent loading piers) – Astina (IMO No. 9320063; year of construction 2006; GT 7636; deadweight 11,283 t), owned by Swedish shipowner Veritas Tankers AB and operated by Finnish operator Neste Corp. which delivered the first consignment to the port of Gdynia arriving on Thursday, 15 June.

Owned by Danish shipowner Torm AS, the product tanker Torm Sofia (IMO No. 9295086; year of construction 2005; GT 41,551; deadweight 72,660t) brought diesel to the Danish hub from the Marathon Ashland Petroleum Terminal at the Port of South Louisiana, loaded there on 22-24 May this year.
